These wedding paintings were painted by me either on location (plein air) or on commission from provided photographs, or using a combination of both methods. As a landscape/seascape painter, I specialize in live event scenes that focus on the beauty of the natural environment.

I am based in Southern California but willing to travel in the western United States to paint on location at weddings and other live events (parties, anniversary celebrations, christenings, etc.) In addition to providing a priceless memory of a special time, having a live event painter at your occasion is a unique form of entertainment for your guests. I am happy to work with your wedding planner to make it a smooth and effortless addition to your day.

Young wedding guests enjoy seeing the process. Sometimes i'll let them add a few brushstrokes.	Painting at the Scottsdale wedding. This small 12 x 16" study became a reference painting for the larger 24 x 36 painting seen above.	My easel setup is compact and won't interfere with the festivities.
